COVID-19 Elderberry and Echinacea Iced Tea

When COVID-19 knocked on my door recently, I was sipping this tea all day long! It is antiviral, anti-inflammatory and super hydrating! Echinacea is great for improving your immune function, and Elderberry has some great antiviral activities (not to mention it tastes delicious!)



Ingredients:

Method

  1. Infuse 2-3 teabags in 1L of boiling water for 30 minutes. Do not remove tea bags.

  2. Add 20ml of Elderberry liquid and raw honey.

  3. Enjoy with a slice of lemon!

  4. To make iced tea - place in the fridge and allow to cool, serving with ice and a slice of lemon.
